Refund Policy

1. Consultation Services
- Free first question: No payment involved — no refund applicable
- Time packs (session started): Non-refundable once consultation has begun
- Unused time: Carries over to your next session — never expires
- Technical failure on our end: Full refund or credit issued immediately
- Cancellation within 30 minutes of payment (before session starts): Full refund
2. Pooja Services
- Cancelled 48+ hours before pooja: Full refund minus payment gateway charges (~2–3%)
- Cancelled 24–48 hours before pooja: 50% refund
- Cancelled less than 24 hours before pooja: No refund — pandit and samagri already arranged
- Pooja not completed due to our fault: Full refund
3. How to Request a Refund

4. Processing Time
- Approved refunds processed within 5–7 business days to original payment method
- UPI: 1–3 business days | Card: 5–7 business days
5. Non-Refundable Situations
- Dissatisfaction with astrological predictions (guidance is inherently subjective)
- Change of mind after service has been rendered
- No-show for scheduled consultation without prior notice
6. Disputes
