1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using services of Asktro Tech Private Limited ("Asktro") through asktro.in, WhatsApp, or any channel, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
- Vedic astrology consultations via WhatsApp
- Kundli generation and horoscope analysis
- Live-streamed Pooja services with pandit and samagri arranged
- Monthly horoscope and spiritual guidance updates
3. Critical Disclaimer — Nature of Services
Astrology and Pooja services are for spiritual guidance and personal insight only. They are NOT professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Predictions are based on Vedic principles and are NOT guarantees of future events. Do NOT make major life decisions solely based on astrological guidance. Asktro does NOT guarantee specific outcomes from consultations or poojas.
4. User Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services
- By using our services, you confirm legal capacity to enter binding contracts
5. Payments and Pricing
- The first question is always free — no exceptions
- Subsequent consultations are time-based, as disclosed before each session
- All prices are in INR unless otherwise stated
- Payment is required before services commence (except the first free question)
- We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable prior notice
6. User Conduct
You agree NOT to: use our services unlawfully, harass or abuse our staff or practitioners, provide false information, record sessions without consent, or attempt to disrupt our platform.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on asktro.in is the intellectual property of Asktro Tech Private Limited. You may not reproduce or distribute without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Asktro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
